Here are some specific job positions for which we are actively hiring. But anybody with a strong work ethic and positive attitude is welcome to apply; we may find a spot for you. Don’t worry if you lack any experience in manufacturing; we’ll teach you everything you need to know if you have a desire to learn:

Assembly Technician
  • Multiple first shift openings.
  • Deburr, inspect, assemble, and package various parts.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of products and materials.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Multiple first shift openings.
  • Some cross-training running of our CNC machines.
CNC Machine Operator
  • Multiple openings for first, second, and third shifts, and some weekends.
  • Operate, setup, and maintain CNC machines and ancillary equipment.
  • Deburr and inspect parts using basic tools of the trade.
  • Some cross-training in Assembly/Shipping as needed.
  • Read and follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Opportunity to move into CNC programing, depending on aptitude.
Engineer / CNC Programmer
  • Multiple Openings.
  • Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programming of machining equipment and robots using MasterCAM or equivalent.
  • Generate engineering documentation and drafting materials.
  • Create mechanical designs of new products, tools, and/or fixtures and tools using SolidWorks or equivalent.
  • Configure and operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Coordinate and monitor production activities.
  • Confer with engineers, technicians, and other personnel to execute mechanical designs.
  • Must have a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent education or experience.
